Yinepu's Biography:

Offspring of the Egyptian mythological gods Osiris and Nephthys, Yinepu was bestowed the title Guardian of the Underworld, Judge of Souls. He has come to Hollow to reclaim those souls taken in this land by soul stealers. He comes to free the captured souls and to punish those that commit this heinous act against the Underworld. He cares not who has the souls; he cares not who protects them; he cares not which clan they reside in, merely insistent that they receive his judgment. The rules of this living land do not apply to him, for this guardian is not of this realm. Those that try to stop him will come to know his strength, growing daily from his experiences and tribulations, and they will ultimately fall beneath his mighty blade, Final Absolution. This mystical weapon enables Yinepu to free any soul trapped within this realm by another, freeing it to seek out the Underworld and meet its fateful judgment, by this judge, of course, when he is not materialized in this land. This blade is protected by a magical enchantment that causes the blade to freely change forms, due to the malleability of the gold, but this spell also allows it to harden so that it can pierce even the thickest of man-made armors.
Yinepu currently roams Hollow, seeking out those that need to be punished. During his travels in this living land, he came into possession of the blade known as Primal Essence. This sword, retrieved by the aven Griff, had been sheltered away in the Vanxu Mountains by a living creature so that it would keep hidden from the lords of the Underworld. Held within this blade is the very first trapped soul taken during the wars of ancient times, the Divinity Wars. When any undead grasps this blade, the dweller draws upon the power of the damned god that is trapped within its magical barrier. The strength of the undead grows, along with agility, intelligence, and develops strange magical powers that can be summoned at will. This blade possesses the ability for the wielder to provoke the unfortunate combatant’s soul to be released from its body, slowly eating away at the flesh until it has completed its escape. Once the soul of the being leaves, all that remains of this dreadful encounter is an undead shell, wanting to only accomplish one thing…to please its new master.
Yinepu answers to no living creature in this realm. He does his own will in this land of the living. He does as he sees fit to whomever he encounters. Once should beware that when his eyes glow with the fires of the eternally damned souls, the one who he gazes on should make haste to disappear. He loathes the living, preferring to show them no respect every chance he can get, especially for their idiotic attempts at following their foolish emotions. He despises vampires and their stupidity for having to rely on the living to survive by feeding off of them. The guardian detests all other races, from giant to orc to elf; they are all the same to him. The only race he seems to not mind is his own…the undead.
Yinepu comes to be the savior of trapped souls. He comes to create a sense of balance in a realm that has been undone by foolish beings of this land. He comes to bring judgment against those committing acts against the Underworld, which are to be tried by his hand and the blade within its grasp. Showing no emotions, for they are useless to him, he plans on cutting a path through the living to complete his journey here. He despises all that hinder his progress and relishes the day when his journey will come to an end and he can resume his duties in the Underworld permanently. Yet, even now, something stirs inside him that he cannot even fully understand. These powerful thoughts continue to grow in intensity, causing the guardian to become erratic, and even at times, extremely chaotic.
On one fateful day, the guardian found out, by accident, that the two blades he possesses are complete opposites of each other; one seeking to trap the free, one seeking to free the trapped. A massive reaction occurred, causing the two adversaries to become fused together as one. The new weapon, Final Essence, remains in one state at a time, either as a prison to souls, or as a savior. The silver and gold laced blade is highly unstable and extremely unpredictable. It can change states in mid swing, or it may be days between cycles, the guardian has not found the answer yet. His magical prowess grows from the strength of this new sword, as well as his ability to use the very elements and gravity to his advantage. No longer bound to the powers of this land, the guardian now moves about freely as he does in the Underworld, ignoring the characteristics of this realm even more.
